Standard Room (For 1 cat)

100cm in depth. A safe and comfortable private room even for larger cats. Plenty of space to stretch their paws without feeling cramped.

Jr. Suite Room (Up to 2 cats)

140cm in height. Twice the size of our Standard Room. Equipped with a 2-tier step, perfect for active cats or two cats sharing a room.

★ From ¥7,400 / night (excl. tax) *+¥1,000 for a second cat in the same room.

Suite Room (Up to 3 cats)

210cm ceiling height. The most spacious room in the area. A premium stay for cats who love high places or multi-cat families.

★ From ¥9,400 / night (excl. tax) *+¥1,000 per additional cat.

With a background in animal nursing and welfare, and extensive field experience at veterinary clinics and cat rescue facilities, she uses her Level 1 Pet Care Advisor certification to ensure a relaxing environment across all branches, even for the most sensitive cats.

  • What kind of vaccination does my cat need?

     A trivalent (FVRCP) vaccination is sufficient. Please present proof of vaccination administered within the past 12 months at check-in. You may also send a photo of the vaccination certificate in advance via email.

  • Is a long-term stay (e.g., over one month) possible?

     Yes, long-term stays are welcome. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.

  •  Can I visit the facility before booking?

    Yes, visits are available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient date and time.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in and check-out are available during our business hours, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
    Our standard 1-night stay is calculated from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day. Usage outside of this standard timeframe will incur an additional hourly charge (+¥500/hour).
    ●Check-in between 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Early check-in fee applies.
    ●Check-out between 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Late check-out fee applies.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash or credit card. Payment is required in advance at check-in.

  • Do you provide pick-up and drop-off services?

    Yes, we do. Please contact us for more details.

  • Can you administer medication to my cat?

    In some cases, yes. Please contact us in advance to confirm. If your cat has a sensitive temperament or requires specialized medical care, we may not be able to accommodate, and we recommend a veterinary hospital stay instead.

  • Will my cat be let out of the room to play?

    Yes, we provide playtime in our free space.
    Once your cat has acclimated to the environment, they can leave their room to play with our staff, explore, and refresh.
    Note: If a cat is extremely nervous, we will not force them out and will gently care for them inside their private room.

  • Will my cat come into contact with other cats?

    No, there is absolutely no contact with other cats.
    We provide fully private rooms. When using the free space, it is strictly on a "one family at a time" basis, ensuring your cat will not encounter cats from other households. You can leave your cat with us with complete peace of mind, free from worries about fights or infections.

  • Can the hotel provide food during the stay?

    While we recommend bringing your cat's usual food, we can provide it for ¥500 plus tax per day. We serve Royal Canin "Indoor" for adult cats.

  • Can I leave my cat's carrier at the hotel?

    Yes, we will store it free of charge.
    We will keep it safe in the hotel until you come to pick up your cat.
